چکیده :

As global food supply chains become more complex, new challenges have emerged in food safety, environmental protection, and ethical responsibility. This article takes a multidimensional approach to explore why and how food safety, environmental sustainability, and ethical accountability should be integrated into the structure of food supply systems. By analyzing current policies, exploring new technologies such as blockchain and smart tracking systems, and reviewing successful global case studies, it shows that applying these principles together can help reduce contamination risks, improve public health, protect natural resources, and build greater consumer trust. The article also discusses the main challenges and strategic opportunities for transitioning to this integrated model and highlights the critical role of governments, the food industry, and public awareness in making it possible. In the end, it stresses that building a safe, healthy, and fair future for food is only achievable through multi-level collaboration, widespread education, and ethical policy-making.
